A women who apparently had a three some with Kelly and another girl was fourteen when the she this was videotaped. She is planning to testify in court. The defense argued that it is not the same girl in the video, but a new witness has offered to testify who the girl in the video actually is. Looks like this is a never ending battle for Kelly.
